It was the 50 anniversary of the Hansa 2400
I have never seen so many Borgward lorry's before.
Hartmut Loges Chairman of the German club gave a commentary as the cars and trucks paraded though the streets of Velbent.
The convoy of about 60 Vehicles then drove to Huf a company the worked as a subcontractor for Borgward, Lloyd and Goliath. They produced lettering, ignition switches and indicator housings. Some parts are in the company archives to marvel at today. They currenty produce electronic car locking systems. A Ford - Focus was Demonstrated to us showing today's closing - security technology. Conclusion: So there are still the one two companys that has worked for Borgward.
